British Nursing Index - Thesaurus

This has been compiled with the aim of making searching and indexing of the British Nursing Index easier, both in printed and electronic versions. The BNI thesaurus may be used by both searchers of the BNI database and indexers alike to check the suitability of a term.

Abstracts added to all records

Since January 2004, concise original abstracts have been added to each record to provide further information on the articles. Prior to 2004, this information was provided in a brief annotation as part of the title field
